A division built around specialist care staff.
Specialist care is the area we are most carefully selective about. We maintain a focused pool of nurses and senior HCAs with sign-off in advanced competencies — tracheostomy and ventilation, PEG and enteral feeding, suction, catheter care, and end-of-life pathways. Each placement is matched against the resident’s care plan and signed off by our clinical lead before deployment.

Read our full compliance approach- NMC registration (for nurses) or Level 3 Diploma (for senior HCAs)
- Documented competency in the required advanced skill (e.g. tracheostomy care)
- End-of-life or palliative care training where relevant
- Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months
- Service-specific induction with the individual’s clinical team
- Annual competency re-validation through our clinical lead
