A division built around mental health specialists.
Mental-health staffing is not interchangeable. Our specialist division focuses on RMNs and mental-health support workers for care home settings: dementia and EMI units, mental-health residential and step-down homes, and rehabilitation services. Every team member is selected for clinical capability and the emotional resilience the work requires — and supported by our team between placements.

- Minimum 12 months’ mental-health experience
- PMVA / MAPA / RESPECT training (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months
- Safeguarding adults and children Level 3
- Trauma-informed practice and de-escalation training
