- Client data (if you are a care home contact): name, role, organisation, contact details, and the staffing requirements you share with us.

3. Why we process your data
- To respond to enquiries and provide staffing services (contract / legitimate interests).
- To assess and onboard candidates for our staff bank (contract / legal obligation).
- To meet our regulatory and compliance obligations under CQC, NMC, and employment law (legal obligation).
- To improve our website and services (legitimate interests, with consent for analytics).
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Candidate data: for the duration of your relationship with us, plus 7 years after the final placement (in line with tax, employment, and regulatory requirements). Marketing consents: until withdrawn.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (a) care home clients who require staff matching your profile (with your prior consent for candidates); (b) regulatory bodies where legally required; (c) trusted suppliers (cloud hosting, email, payroll, DBS-check provider) bound by data processing agreements; (d) HMRC and other authorities where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Our primary processors are based in the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on UK Adequacy Regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
