What you need to join
Our minimum requirements.
Every member of our team is fully compliant before their first shift — these are the baselines.
- Right to work in the UK (we verify all documentation)
- Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months — or willingness to obtain one
- Relevant qualification: NMC PIN (nurses), Care Certificate (HCAs), or Level 2/3 Diploma (support workers)
- Two professional references we can verify
- Up-to-date mandatory training (we offer top-up training where needed)
